Terms & Conditions Winbox VIP – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1 General Terms

Winbox VIP is an online betting and casino platform operating under a licence recognised by international regulatory authorities. The platform provides sports betting, Live Casino, online poker, virtual sports, and various other forms of online entertainment to eligible users.

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between Winbox VIP and its users, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, game rules, and the conduct expected of all members.

Winbox VIP reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any aspect of the service at any time, with or without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To use the services of Winbox VIP, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• A Malaysian citizen or valid resident of Malaysia.
• Has the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not prohibited by local laws from participating in online betting activities.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme with any gambling platform.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

Winbox VIP reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until compliance is fulfilled.

3 Registration & Account Management

When registering an account Winbox VIP, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account Winbox VIP. Holding multiple accounts, whether under your own name or someone else's, is strictly prohibited.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Winbox VIP will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from shared or stolen passwords.
• Latest Update: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date, particularly your phone number and email address for verification purposes.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Winbox VIP reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad, passport) before processing any withdrawal or whenever deemed necessary.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Winbox VIP accepts deposits via valid Malaysian payment methods only. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's account are not permitted.
• Winbox VIP reserves the right to return deposits suspected of originating from illegitimate sources or that violate these terms.
• Failed deposits due to user error (e.g., incorrect amount entered) are subject to a review process before any refund is issued.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from the Winbox VIP subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 30 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, or a method verified under the same member's name.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours on business days.
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard members and may be increased for VIP members subject to account review.
• Rollover Requirements: Withdrawals cannot be made if there is an active bonus that has not yet met the rollover requirements.
• KYC Verification: First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may require identity verification (KYC) before being processed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by Winbox VIP subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Mandatory Rollover: All bonuses received must meet the rollover requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. Rollover rates typically range from 5x to 15x depending on the bonus type.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a validity period from the date it is credited. Bonuses not used within this period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Activating a new bonus will cancel any previous unfinished bonus.
• Abuse Policy: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or opposing bets (arbitrage), will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
• Non-Transferable Bonus: Bonuses may not be transferred to another account or directly converted to cash.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Winbox VIP subject to the rules governing each sports or casino category. The following general terms apply to all types of betting:

• Bets Are Final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases where Winbox VIP detect technical errors or odds mistakes.
• Odds Error: Winbox VIP reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds (obvious error). In such cases, the full stake will be refunded to the member's account.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a sports match is postponed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled time or cancelled entirely, all related bets will be voided and refunded.
• Live Betting (In-Play): In live betting, outcomes are based on the current state of the match. Winbox VIP reserves the right to suspend markets during critical events such as red cards, penalties, or system disruptions.
• Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type, league, and account level. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Member Conduct

The following is a list of conduct strictly prohibited on the platform Winbox VIP. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and legal action:

• Using bots, automated scripts or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (e.g., chip dumping in Poker).
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage betting) to guarantee profit without genuine risk.
• Depositing funds through another person's account or using stolen financial information.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems Winbox VIP.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing someone else to play using your account.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Winbox VIP reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Requests by legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or hacking.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves (self-exclusion).

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, Winbox VIP reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances. Real money balances (excluding bonuses) may be returned subject to the outcome of an investigation. If an account is closed at the member's own request, any available balance will be returned following the standard review process.

10 Liability Limit

Winbox VIP shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, downtime or technical errors beyond our control.
• Betting losses arising from legitimate and fair game outcomes.
• Losses resulting from shared or stolen passwords, or unauthorised account access due to user negligence.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of services in certain regions.
• Betting outcomes affected by internet disruption or issues with the user's own equipment.

Maximum liability limit Winbox VIP to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total actual deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11 Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Winbox VIP takes the protection of our members' personal data seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

In summary, Winbox VIP collects the necessary data for account registration, financial transaction processing, identity verification (KYC), legal compliance, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12 Amendment of Terms & Conditions

Continued use of the platform Winbox VIP after any changes take effect will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
